GAK Company currently accepts payments through the following methods:

1. Direct Cash Payment in VND

Customers are welcome to visit our showroom at 15 Le Minh Xuan Street, Ward 7, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City, to shop, place orders, and make payments directly at the store. Customers may take the products with them or request GAK to arrange delivery in accordance with our policies and procedures.

Applicable to all in-store purchases at GAK.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We accept COD payments. Orders will be confirmed and managed via our Zalo channel at 0569.133.339, or through a courier service as previously discussed with the customer. Delivery partners are responsible for delivering intact and complete products. Customers have the right to inspect the goods for integrity, design, and quality. Once satisfied, please pay directly to the courier.

3. Order Payment Processes

D2C Orders with Printing/Embroidery:

For customized products that involve printing or embroidery, customers are required to pay a deposit of 50% to a maximum of 60% of the total order value. Once the deposit is received, our customer service team will prepare the product design and generate a production approval form within 3 working hours. After production is completed, GAK will contact the customer and arrange COD shipping for the order.

Customers are entitled to inspect the products upon delivery by our logistics partners. If satisfied, the remaining 50% of the payment is to be made to the delivery agent.

D2C Orders without Printing:

For orders of ready-made products without customization, our customer service team will record your order and arrange shipment through our logistics partners using the COD method. Customers may inspect the products upon delivery. If satisfied, please pay 100% of the order value.

B2B Orders (Business to Business):

For orders valued at VND 20,000,000 or more, customers must place a deposit of 50% to 60% of the total order value. Once payment is confirmed by our bank, our customer service team will contact the customer to finalize the design and prepare the production approval form within 3 working hours.

4. Bank Transfer / Internet Banking

For orders paid via bank transfer, please make sure to perform a 24/7 instant transfer and write the customer’s full name and phone number only in the transfer description.

GAK’s Bank Account Details:

Once the bank confirms the receipt of funds, we will proceed with order confirmation and dispatch the goods within the promised timeline.

Important:
GAK shall not be held responsible for any errors made during the transfer process, including incorrect account details. Customers must work directly with their banks to resolve such issues. Orders will only be processed once funds are successfully received in our account.

In case of any discrepancies, customers may contact either their own bank or our banking partner for verification and resolution.
