GAK Company currently accepts payments through the following methods:

1. Direct Cash Payment in VND

Customers may visit our store in person at 15 Le Minh Xuan Street, Ward 7, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City to browse products, place orders, and make payments directly at the store. Customers may either take the products with them immediately or request GAK to arrange delivery in accordance with GAK’s delivery policies and regulations.

This payment method applies to all orders purchased directly at GAK’s store.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently support Cash on Delivery (COD) services. Each order will be consulted and confirmed via Zalo: 0569 133 339 or through shipping partners that are pre-notified to customers.

The shipping partner is responsible for delivering the goods intact and in good condition to the customer. Customers are entitled to inspect the goods for integrity, design, and quality upon receipt. After inspection, customers are required to make payment directly to the shipping partner.

3. Order Payment Processes

• D2C (Direct to Consumers) – Orders with Printing/Embroidery: For products requiring printing or embroidery, customers are required to make a deposit of 50% to a maximum of 60% of the total order value. After the deposit is received, our Customer Service team will prepare a product design mock-up for production approval within 3 working hours.
  Once production is completed, our team will contact the customer to arrange COD delivery. Customers may inspect the products together with GAK’s shipping partner. If satisfied, customers shall pay the remaining 50% balance of the order value.
• D2C (Direct to Consumers) – Orders without Printing/Embroidery: For ready-made products without printing or embroidery, our Customer Service team will record the order and arrange shipment via GAK’s logistics partners under COD terms. Customers may inspect the products upon delivery. If satisfied, customers are required to pay 100% of the order value.
• B2B (Business to Business) Orders: Applicable to orders with a total value from VND 20,000,000 and above. Customers are required to place a deposit of 50%–60% of the order value.
  Upon confirmation of payment from the bank, our Customer Service team will submit the product design for approval and issue the production order within 3 working hours.
• Inter-Provincial Transportation: Applicable to orders shipped outside of GAK’s warehouse location. Customers are required to make a 50% deposit of the production cost, with the remaining 50% payable after reviewing the goods via images and videos and before dispatch to the inter-provincial transport service, together with valid invoices and supporting documents.

4. Bank Transfer / Internet Banking

For orders paid via bank transfer, please make sure to perform a 24/7 instant transfer and write the customer’s full name and phone number only in the transfer description.

GAK’s Bank Account Details:

Once payment confirmation is received from the bank, we will notify the customer and proceed with order processing and delivery within the agreed timeframe.

GAK is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect transfer information. In such cases, customers are required to work directly with their bank for resolution. Order confirmation and production will only proceed once the funds are successfully credited to our account. In certain situations, banks may be requested to conduct verification or reconciliation.
