1. General Regulations

  • Not applicable to printed products.
  • Returned or exchanged items must be unused (not worn), unwashed, clean, free of strange odors, with original tags still attached, and accompanied by the purchase receipt. Please bring the receipt when requesting a return or exchange.
  • Only one exchange per product is allowed (not per receipt or transaction). Once a product has been exchanged or returned, it is no longer eligible for further exchanges (unless due to manufacturer defects).
  • No refund will be given if the new item is of lower value than the original.
  • GAK commits to covering 100% of the return/exchange shipping costs if the product has a manufacturing defect.

2. Product Return & Exchange Policy

2.1 Exchange Policy

  • For full-price items not under any promotion or discount: exchanges are allowed within 30 days.
  • For discounted items with a discount of less than 30%: exchanges are allowed within 30 days.
  • For discounted items with a discount of 30% or more: no returns or exchanges are accepted.
  • Accessories are non-exchangeable, except for safety shoes, helmets, and gloves.

2.2 Return Policy

  • For products purchased offline at physical stores: no refunds are available under any circumstance.
  • For products purchased online (via website or e-commerce platforms): refunds are processed via bank transfer (not applicable to accessories or items discounted over 30%).
