Definition:
Product inspection refers to the process of checking and comparing the items received in a GAK shipment with the items listed in the customer’s order.
Regulations:
1. Inspection Timeframe
GAK does not support product trials. All customer orders are checked by GAK staff before being shipped, through methods such as photographing or recording videos of the actual products. These are then compared against production samples. During the ordering process, GAK staff have informed customers that product colors may differ due to variations in devices, camera lenses, lighting, and screen displays (phones/computers/laptops).
Upon receiving the order, if any discrepancies or manufacturing defects are found, customers may contact customer service for support in returns or exchanges.
Note: Customers are encouraged to record a video when unboxing their parcel to serve as proof if needed.
2. Scope of Inspection
Customers are allowed to inspect the actual products received and compare them with what was ordered (based on sample images, product codes, sizes, colors, materials, etc.) after the order has been confirmed by GAK staff.
- Do not open or tamper with sealed packages that have warranty or security seals.
- Do not scratch or use reward codes on products with loyalty point programs or promotional gifts.
3. Procedure When Order Items Are Incorrect
If, upon joint inspection (with delivery personnel present), the products received are not what was ordered, please contact us immediately via:

Our customer service team will verify the order and assist accordingly. - If GAK made a packing error, customers may refuse to accept or pay for the delivery. If the order has already been paid for, customers can choose to have it resent or request a full refund as soon as possible.
- If GAK packed the order correctly, but the customer’s needs have changed, we regret to inform that we cannot accommodate changes in such cases at this time.
